Indermuehle & Co. announces new 66,000 SF office park in Sugar Land
Sugar Land, Texas – March 15, 2006 – Three Sugar Creek LLP is announcing today plans to construct a 66,000 square foot, Class A office park in Sugar Land, Texas.
The project, Sugar Creek Office Park, will consist of six, 11,000 square foot buildings located on Sugar Creek Center Boulevard at U.S. Highway 59, just southwest of the Dairy Ashford and U.S. Highway 59 intersection.
