Sugar Land – March 2025 – ICO Commercial has leased a 9,581 SF Industrial space at 820 Summer Park, Suite 650 in Stafford, TX to Turf and Soil Management, LLC. Turf and Soil Management sells and distributes equipment for the maintenance of golf courses. This is an expansion for the company based out of Alvarado, Texas. Sugar Land – September 2024 – ICO Commercial has leased multiple spaces of Industrial buildings consisting of 1,440 SF to 5,760 SF at 13308-13312 Redfish Lane in Stafford, TX. Kelsey Davis, Jane Nodskov and Larry Indermuehle with ICO Commercial represented the Landlord, Mary J Properties, LTD. Some tenants include Cartrans, Gumbo Funk, Professional Linen and Xquisite Remodeling, LLC.

Sugar Land – September 2024 – ICO Commercial has sold 427 Acres located at Davis Estate and Beard Road in Needville, TX. Seth Green with ICO Commercial represented the Seller.
