Tawnya Dornak, a licensed broker, has been with ICO Commercial since its launch in 1991 and has been active in the commercial real estate business for 33 years. Her depth of experience covers retail, office, industrial and land. She handles many types of transactions including project leasing, tenant representation and property acquisition/disposition.

Prior to joining ICO, Tawnya worked for Stanley Jewell Interests and was involved in all facets of retail development. She then began working with financial institutions in the leasing of their office properties which led her to the position of Director of Leasing for Kinghorn Driver. While there she handled the leasing and marketing of several property types. She has worked in virtually every Houston sub market and has closed hundreds of transactions.

Her experience in accounting and contracts enhances her ability to offer each client comprehensive evaluations and her broad market exposure and diverse experience assures that the best solution is developed and implemented. Her foremost goal is to achieve trusting relationships and to achieve the best terms for her clients.
