Seth joined ICO Commercial as an Advisor having worked on an array of land deals in the energy industry for almost 10 years. His experience in the industry spans the state of Texas with a solid concentration of acquisitions in greater East Houston. Seth's hands on negotiations have led to a precise knowledge of property acquisitions, leases, options, and easements.

Over the past few years Seth's acquisition portfolio experience has reached around 1,500 acres and approximately $50 million in transactional value. His transaction closings range from 1-450 acres each for leasing, development, and / or exploration.

Seth's detailed knowledge and experience allows him to supply his clients with a unique understanding and foresight into property development opportunities.
