Sugar Land – February 2013 - Destruction Fitness, LLC has leased a 2,700 SF of warehouse space on 1719 Eldridge Road, in Sugar Land, Texas. Destruction Fitness will be a CrossFit Gym calling their gym CrossFit Destruction. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning fitness program that uses constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements. It is a very demanding program, so be ready for a complete and exhausting workout. New company, serving the Sugar Land and Eldridge area. Houston – February 2013 - The Gilbert & Sullivan Society of Houston has leased 5,400 SF of office/warehouse space on 6127 Long Drive in Houston, Texas. Danna Sossen with ICO Commercial represented the Tenant. Christopher Aubin with Kagan Realty Investors represented the Landlord.

Stafford – January 2013 - Elite Medical Imaging, LLC has leased office space at 10701 Corporate Drive in Stafford, Texas. Elite Medical Imaging helps generate sales for medical offices and physicians by providing quality medical ultrasound imaging for in-house use. Christa Therkildsen with ICO Commercial represented the Tenant. Griff Jaggard with Moody Rambin represented the Landlord.

Stafford – December 2012 - RMB Products has leased 9,576 SF of industrial space at 810 Success Court in Stafford, Texas. Mike Gornek and Mickey Guice with ICO Commercial represented the Landlord.

Stafford – December 2012 - Classic Chevrolet Sugar Land has leased 18,600 SF of industrial space on 4755 Alpine Drive in Stafford, Texas. Mike Gornek and Mickey Guice with ICO Commercial represented the Tenant. Joseph Smith with CBRE represented the Landlord.

Sugar Land – November 2012 - Third Cross Copperstone, INC. has leased 2,900 SF of office space on 1200 Soldiers Field in Sugar Land, Texas.  Strategic Estimating Systems is a consulting firm that delivers cost estimating services to the oil, gas, power, mining, petrochemicals, LNG, chemical process, and pipeline transmission industries. Danna Sossen with ICO Commercial represented the Landlord.

Missouri City – November 2012 - Southwest Electronic Energy "SWE" selected and acquired a unique 6.5 acre site in Lakeview Business Park to design their new state-of-the-art facility. SWE chose Lakeview Business Park for its distinctive and exceptional natural environment setting on a former 160 acre golf course. They have completed the construction of their new 55,668 square foot, tilt-wall facility on the site.



Their new corporate headquarters was designed to accommodate their administrative, engineering, manufacturing and warehouse requirements. Planning their new facility over the last ten years, SWE has been patient in waiting for the ideal timing to make the right move. Improvement in the oil and gas market and Houston's growing economy motivated SWE in 2011 to make their move from Stafford to their new location in Missouri City.



SWE is a leading manufacturer of lithium ion batteries for a variety of commercial uses. This new state-of-the-art, air conditioned, manufacturing facility has more than doubled their production capacity and equipped them for new growth. The building is comprised of over 10,000 square feet of two-story office and engineering space, 30,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 20,000 square feet of warehouse space.
