Mickey Guice has twenty-three years experience in commercial real estate including property management, sales, leasing, marketing and development.
Mickey's professional experience, prior to real estate, were with Shell Chemical Company and Tomlinson Geophysical, Inc. Prior to that he served as a Captain in the USAF. Mickey's initial real estate position was with Jones, Lang, Wooten, an international real estate company, where he was responsible for marketing and leasing of low-rise office buildings owned by an overseas client. Mickey continued to gain experience with The Murphey Company, The Memorial Corporation, Southwest Business Properties and RW Management Co. where his primary duties were in property management. As vice president of The Memorial Corporation, in addition to leasing and property management duties, Mickey was responsible for the re-development of a vacant Holiday Inn as low-income housing. Afterwards, Mickey established and implemented a marketing and leasing program for a new professional building on a large hospital campus in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.
His extensive property management and lease administration experience gives him insight into solving the varied real estate requirements of clients. He has considerable experience in negotiating win win situations, protecting the owner's investment while meeting the needs of the tenant.
