Vice President of Administration

Mindi has worked for ICO Commercial since 2006 and serves as our Vice President of Administration. She brings a strong and dedicated work ethic to the ICO team and leads the company’s day-to-day operations.

Mindi helps to ensure a smooth operation of the company’s established policies and procedures, manages the office and office services, provides leadership to our staff, support to our broker teams, assists with new talent acquisition, oversees Human Resources services, coordinates company events and promotes and encourages the company's culture.


Mindi has spent the last 15 years passionate about her work, but her greatest accomplishment in life is being a wife, mother, and mother-in-law. She loves to read and study more about the Bible and is energized by serving others! She makes it her aim to have a positive and joyful attitude that is contagious and causes others to want to do the same!
