Seller had owned property in their family for several generations and was not sure when to sell this family asset.
Seller wanted to make sure something beneficial to the community and area was added by selling the property.
Growth in Fort Bend County was strong, but had not reached this area when we started our relationship with the Seller.
STRATEGY
ICO conducted a Market Study of the area and the site to understand the property’s unique attributes and challenges in order to present a realistic view of what the Seller’s property had to offer.
ICO presented our Market Study and Proposal to market the property after understanding all the developmental issues surrounding the land tract.
RESULTS
After growth in the area started to get closer to this property, we approached a list of qualified Buyers who fit inside our highest and best use list.
ICO was able to achieve selling the property to a proven developer and helped get all the Buyer’s developmental issues worked out in an effort to get the property sold.
