Costa has over 25 years of Business experience in areas such as Real Estate Brokerage and Development, Business Development, Project Management, Process Improvement, Outsourcing, Mergers and Acquisitions and general Business Consulting.

In the past 15 years, Costa was responsible for the procurement, due diligence, entitlement and development of over $350 million of projects and hundreds of acres throughout Texas and the United States. The types of properties acquired, and developments completed varied in type and size and include Land, Single Family lot development, Retail development, Office Building development, Town Centers / Mixed-use developments, Student Housing and Assisted Living.
Costa's broad and expanded experience in contract negotiation, entitlement and development gives his clients a uniquely valuable perspective on how to create and maximize the value of their commercial properties.
