Brokerage Coordinator

April joined ICO Commercial as a Brokerage Coordinator, focusing on supporting the day-to-day brokerage operations. In this role, she assists brokers and broker teams in client transactions, facilitates the creation of documents and invoices, and provides administrative assistance.

April has a decade of experience in commercial real estate. She began her career in 2013 as a Marketing Coordinator at Transwestern on the multifamily investment sales team. In 2018, April joined Boxer Property Management as a Leasing Representative and successfully leased office space, completing over 250 new lease transactions during her tenure. In 2020, April joined Edge Realty Partners as a Research and Marketing Coordinator for the Tenant Representation and leasing team specializing in retail.

April is excited to gain a deeper understanding of commercial real estate transactions from the inside out and to begin her brokerage journey with ICO Commercial. She looks forward to transitioning into brokerage and doing what she enjoys most: serving others!

April obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Sociology from Texas State University in 2009. She is a licensed real estate sales agent. In her spare time, April volunteers with the children's ministry at her church, enjoys running, practices yoga, plays guitar, and loves trying new Pinterest recipes.
